DETAILS OF REGISTRATION FEES
- For each accepted paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to REGISTER and PRESENT
- The registration fee is applicable to one author per paper.
- A maximum of two authors per paper are allowed to register for the conference. An extra charge of Rs 500/- is required for each additional participant.
- Only one paper is covered by an author registration. Authors with multiple papers need to register separately to pay the registration fee for other papers.
- Registered author must produce proof of ID(Employee/Student ID) on the day of presentation.
- No CANCELLATION & REFUND of Registration Fee, in any case.
- All comments suggested by reviewers must be properly incorporated during the Camera ready submission of the paper.
Participants should register with the conference based on the following fee structure:

Registration fee includes registration kit, Certificates, lunch and refreshments during the conference days.
- Certificates will be presented to the authors who have registered and presented on the day of the conference (maximum of 2). Names of other co-authors will be included in the certificates.
- Fee is inclusive of GST.
AUTHORS WHO OPT TO PUBLISH THE EXTENDED VERSION OF THEIR PAPERS in the Scopus-indexed IAES Journal: International Journal of Informatics and Communication Technology (IJ-ICT) will have to pay an APC of Rs 16000/- in addition to the Registration charges.

REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE
- Once the Payment is complete, kindly note the Transaction/UTR No and download the copy of the bank statement.
- Register all the details through the Google form sent by the Conference Chair through email.
- On receipt of your registration details, a confirmation email will be sent by the Conference Chair after checking the Transaction details.
For paper registration, you have to signup here. The author’s email shall be used as the account name. Choose an appropriate secure password. Do not share your password with anybody.

Notification of review decision : 24th February 2024
Camera ready submission : 7th March 2024
