1. For each accepted paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to REGISTER and PRESENT
2. The registration fee is applicable to one author per paper.
3. A maximum of two authors per paper are allowed to register for the conference. An extra charge of Rs 500/- is required for each additional participant.
4. Only one paper is covered by an author registration. Authors with multiple papers need to register separately to pay the registration fee for other papers.
5. Registered author must produce proof of ID(Employee/Student ID) on the day of presentation.
6. No CANCELLATION & REFUND of Registration Fee, in any case.
7. All comments suggested by reviewers must be properly incorporated during the Camera ready submission of the paper.

Participants should register with the conference based on the following fee structure:

Registration fee includes registration kit, Certificates, lunch and refreshments during the conference days.

• Certificates will be presented to the authors who have registered and presented on the day of the conference (maximum of 2). Names of other co-authors will be included in the certificates.
• Fee is inclusive of GST.
