1. • For each accepted abstract/paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to REGISTER and PRESENT the abstract/paper.
   • The registration fee is applicable for attending the conference, whether presenting or not.
   • One author can present only one paper. For more than 1  paper, the presenting author has to be different and register for the conference.   
   • All papers submitted will be processed for publication in the conference proceedings at no additional charge, subject to approval of the paper from the Program Committee. 
   • Participants have an opportunity to register in any two of the following workshops. It is purely optional.
   •  

   Workshop 1 – Virtual reality based diagnostic and therapeutic devices

   Workshop 2 – Matlab -Using Matlab for taking measurements from biological tissues.

   Workshop 3 – The working of portable OCTs and AI-based OCT diagnosis.
