Culturals plays a vital role in grooming the body and mind. This aids to explore the latent talents and develop them further, which in turn instills confidence in the students. When many of the professional colleges pay just a meagre attention to this aspect, LICET provides ample opportunities to help the students in every way.

An annual extravaganza, enGenia is organized for 2 days in the even semester. Students are guided to organize the programme themselves that enables to hone their managerial skills. Departments vie with each other to bag the shield, creating healthy competition among the students. Competitions like ship wreck, mime, and standup comedy whip up their imagination, leading to amazing performance.

Culturals also serves as stress-busters helping them relax when they wilt under the pressure of work. Students are encouraged to participate in the inter-collegiate competitions organized by the premium colleges of the city. Every year, the curtain of enGenia is downed with a spectacular finale. The grandeur of the finale is attributed to the brilliant performance of the students, the presence of popular stars as guests and of course the media bee lining to the programme.
