PLACEMENT TRAINING
Problem solving using Leetcode
A 2-day workshop on “Problem Solving Using LeetCode” was organized for the first-year students on 6th and 7th March 2026. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Naseer Mohammed, Technical Trainer, Aptitude Guru, who provided hands-on training on algorithmic thinking, coding practices, and problem-solving techniques using the LeetCode platform. The sessions enabled students to strengthen their logical reasoning, programming proficiency, and approach to solving real-world coding challenges, thereby enhancing their readiness for competitive programming and technical interviews.
Technical Training
A 4-day Technical Training Programme was organized for the second-year students to enhance their programming and problem-solving capabilities. Conducted by Aptitude Guru, the training covered coding fundamentals, algorithmic thinking, problem-solving approaches, and hands-on programming practice. The sessions provided practical exposure to coding challenges and encouraged students to develop logical thinking and programming proficiency. The training helped students improve their technical competencies, build confidence in coding assessments, and prepare effectively for internships and future placement opportunities.
Aptitude Training
A 5-day Aptitude Training Programme was organized for the first-year students to strengthen their foundational employability skills and prepare them for future placement opportunities. The training was conducted by Aptitude Guru, a renowned training and skill development organization. The programme focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving techniques. Through interactive sessions, practice exercises, and activity-based learning, students enhanced their aptitude skills, critical thinking abilities, and confidence in approaching competitive examinations and placement assessments.
Soft skill Training
A 6-day Placement Training Program was organized from 14th July 2025 to 19th July 2025 for 63 students to enhance their employability skills and professional readiness. The training was conducted by Chisel Academy under the guidance of Mr. Belgin. The program included interactive activities focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, decision-making, and personality development. Through role plays, group exercises, and reflective sessions, students improved their confidence, adaptability, and professional competencies, preparing them effectively for placements and future career opportunities.
