B22-Data Science Laboratory
A new laboratory setup has been established for the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, equipped with 60 high-performance systems. Each system features a 14th Gen Intel Core i7–14700 vPro processor, 16 GB of DDR5 ECC RAM operating at 4400 MT/s, and a 512 GB SSD for fast and efficient storage. The systems are also integrated with an NVIDIA RTX A1000 graphics card with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, supporting advanced AI and data intensive applications.
This configuration supports a high-performance workspace ideal for AI education and research pursuits. Additionally, 10 high-performance systems were sponsored by Fives group for the department of AI&DS featuring 13th Gen Intel Core i7–13700 processors, 1 TB SSD storage, and 32 GB of DDR5 RAM to support fast and efficient computing. Each system includes an NVIDIA 4 GB graphics card to handle graphics-intensive and AI-related tasks.
Central library
The Central library has a collection of about 36029 books consisting of 10400 volumes of departmental books, 2600 reference books, 1306 CDs/DVDs and subscribes to 45 printed journals and E- Journals like IEEE, ASME, Springer, Elsevier Science Direct etc.
Seminar Hall
The seminar hall is utilized to conduct all the events in the college like seminars, talks, and celebrations. It is well maintained and spacious in order to accommodate a good amount of audience.
