College life at LICET was an experience unlike any other where lessons not only in engineering but also indispensable life lessons were embedded in us. I look at LICET and see how discipline was ensured along with kindness and love. Engineering was not a bore as we got to learn and apply in practical ways. We had our freedom but all with boundaries that should naturally be expected. We had to work and earn our internal scores, and those were ways of teaching us about honesty and hard work, that have reaped its benefits till date. The staff have guided us, encouraged us and have played a major role in our experience here. LICET has not laid impediments but built us up in all spheres. As a professional, I am grateful for the holistic approach of LICET that has laid a strong foundation for my career.

LICET provided a transformative and holistic education that balanced academic rigor with practical innovation. Through the above, I developed the technical proficiency and leadership skills necessary for my career.
I am especially grateful for the faculty at LICET for their mentorship and guidance which was instrumental in fueling my passion and my ongoing professional development.

My time at Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology (LICET) has been an important part of my life. When I first came here, I didn’t know what to expect, but now I’m leaving with so much knowledge, new skills, and great memories.
The Computer Science and Engineering department taught me well. The professors were always helpful and pushed us to think in new ways.
The college had everything we needed – good labs, a great library, and all the right equipment. The placement team also did a great job helping us get ready for job interviews. They gave us training and made us feel confident about finding work.
College life wasn’t just about studying. We had cultural programs, festivals, and talks that helped us try new things and feel more confident. I really enjoyed working on Techczar, our department’s magazine. It taught me how to work with others, be creative, and communicate better. I had a great time working with such a wide group of people.
Most importantly, LICET helped me become a better person. I learned how to bounce back from problems, work well with teams, and lead others.
I want to thank all my teachers, friends, and everyone at LICET for helping me become who I am today. To the younger students, I say: take every chance you get, learn everything you can, and have fun during these years.
